Emerald Republic Brewing Co. opened its doors in December of 2019. Its arrival brought the first brewery to the Tanyard neighborhood, which is located on the west side of Downtown Pensacola. Over the past two years, Pensacola has become home to a quickly-growing beer scene. During this time, it has seen a half dozen new concepts open their doors. Therefore, brand differentiation in this community is more important than ever.
The brand is built from a clash of cultures and influences. A Japanese water dragon is the inspiration for the logo. Water is the most important ingredient in brewing, and these dragons traditionally protect their waters. In addition, it watches over this coastal brewery, which is located along the emerald waters of Pensacola Beach.
When you walk under the roll-up doors of this fully renovated auto-body shop, you immediately step into a world seeped in dark and moody vibes. TVs play music videos, and locally curated custom artwork adorns the walls. Additionally, a spacious beer garden encircles the building for long weekend hangs with friends. Therefore, it was important to bring the brand elements outdoors. To achieve this, murals were designed and installed in both the taproom and on the beer garden walls.
Although we worked with the Emerald Republic Brewing brand from the beginning to develop their messaging and visual identity, the brand is always developing. Because they are continuously brewing new product, there is a constant need for new apparel and packaging. In addition, the space and brand are kept fresh with mural installations, social content, product photography, and promotional concepts.
We are the go-to for any design or conceptual additions to the brand.
Emerald Republic Brewing Co. was able to open their doors to a line into the street. This is because we built them an audience pre-launch, through consistent and high-quality social content.
