They came to us ready to take their brand to the next level with goals of expanding and establishing themselves further in the surrounding areas.
We started with a workshop with the owners, Van and Lisa. Although there are several national brand services in the area, Earth’s Choice has built up a significant following and book of clientele. They know them by name, they have built customized plans for their specific pest control situation, and they maintain the relationships for years. They aim to use better-for-the planet products to treat the affected areas when possible, and are constantly incorporating the newest and best products to add to their arsenal.
Messaging was a key first step in developing the Earth’s Choice brand. Once we completed our discovery and our workshop, we created a library of ownable headlines that highlighted their strengths and set them apart from the competition. These were incorporated into the website, marketing materials, social content, and collateral left with clients after their service calls.
A full visual system was created to support their growing brand. One of the most notable problems to solve was showing bugs without creeping out the viewer. We developed an illustration style, and a family of pest illustrations, that can easily be built on as needed.
Once the messaging and visual system was established, we identified a few key pieces needed to support their immediate needs. A social content calendar, door hangers, and coloring book leave-behinds were created. They now have a strong system, along with key pieces and templates to build future collateral from.
